Requesting line transfer to new utility pole - 18 month delay in Greenbrae, CA 94904

I have a comcast line that hangs only a couple feet from my head when I stand underneath it. I have been waiting for quite some time since PGE installed the next 60 foot pole and moved their electrical line. How do I find out when you will be at my house to complete your work? Per a google search, the line is likely a GO 95 clearance violation and a safety hazard
