Requesting IMMEDIATE review

Hi, I need this escalated immediately. I have been dealing with an unresolved Xfinity/NOW Mobile issue for about a month, and I have already filed a Notice of Dispute.

My NOW Mobile line ending in 4666 remains paused despite multiple payment attempts, support promises, refund tickets, escalation tickets, and written chat confirmations. Support has confirmed a $225 refund issue, but I still have not received the refund or a clear resolution.

I have been given multiple ticket/reference numbers, but I need the account reviewed by someone who can clearly identify what each ticket is for and what action is actually being taken.

At this point, I should not have to keep chasing answers through live chat, community forums, social media, and random Comcast contacts just to get a basic resolution. I need someone with authority to review the account records, payment records, refund status, and paused line issue.

I need clear written confirmation of what is being done, when I will receive the refund, and confirmation that my number ending in 4666 will not be lost.

user_hf7hgv Thank you so much for letting us know you are in need of assistance with your NOW mobile billing. NOW services in general are going to have limited support from most teams since NOW services are supported using our NOW portal and chat help. 

With that since NOW services receive support through the NOW portal it is not connected to our billing options like a normal account for us to review and support. We would be more than happy to help look into the tickets for you however we would also have limited access to additional details outside the tickets if we are able to view you mobile details at all.
