Requesting Diamond Loyalty Migration: 5-Year Price Lock & All-In TV Core Transition
I am a Diamond Loyalty member in Pennsylvania looking for assistance from an Official Employee to modernize my legacy 'Choice Double Play' plan.
I have been trying to transition to the 2026 All-In pricing structure ($100 target for 500 Mbps with the 5-Year Price Guarantee + TV Core), but the standard chat support is only offering 'New Customer' upgrades for 1 Gig service which I do not need.
I am looking to stabilize my bill and move away from the legacy Broadcast TV fee structure. I would appreciate it if an Official Employee could reach out so I can send a Direct
Message with my account details to review the Loyalty Migration credits.
