Requesting assistance with plan pricing and competitor matching

​Hi, my bill has increased to $40/month. I've been a loyal customer, but Verizon is offering me the same speed for $30/month with no contract. I’d prefer to stay with Xfinity for convenience, but I can't justify the extra $120/year. Can you match the $30 price or find a promotion to bring me back to my original rate
