Requesting aerial maintenance ticket. Bucket truck

Tech came to my house and said tap is bad in the green box by road. I am  requesting bucket truck to fix. I have called so many times and can’t get anywhere. Customer service has escalated it but nothing has been done in days. Been without internet for almost 5 days now. Need this fixed asap please.
