Requesting a tech appointment
Hi there! I recently purchased a xfinity internet plan as a new customer after moving to a new house. I just ordered it yesterday so I haven't received it yet, but these questions are to help myself/xfinity preemptively. On to the issue. I notice in my backyard there is an orange line that enters a weatherproof comcast box on the side of the house. The coax cable it is connected to is actually cut and there seems to be no connections to the interior of the house. I have checked the entire inside of the house for any coax outlets but haven't found any. So when I do receive my self install kit in a few days, there will be no where to connect it to. Is there any way I can request a tech to come out to help install a new coax cable before I receive the self install kit? I would very much appreciate help on this matter, thank you.
