Request XB8 Gateway Modem Upgrade

We have had the XB7 for quite some time and have terrible lag issues with gaming - even with gateway next to game units. Self tests show we get 100% of plan speeds, but the lagging continues. We pay for fortune for internet and cable, and are requesting the XB8 gateway to be sent out to hopefully correct these issues.
