Request to Review My Current Internet Plan
I have been a customer for the past two years and have been satisfied with the service. However, I recently noticed that my monthly rate has increased from $65 to $100, which is a significant change.
I am currently considering switching to another provider, such as T-Mobile, which offers a similar plan for around $65 per month.
Before making a decision, I wanted to check if there are any promotions, loyalty discounts, or alternative plans available that could help reduce my monthly cost.
I would prefer to continue using Xfinity if a more competitive rate is available.

@user_med09k Thanks for adding a post. We can check the latest promotions. You can too by signing in here https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels. It shows the same promotions we have access to. Send a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
