Request to remove TV service and keep internet only

Hello! I currently have Xfinity internet and TV service, but I want to cancel my TV service and keep my internet.

I’ve tried making this change through my online account, but I can’t figure out how to remove TV from my existing package.

Could an Xfinity support representative please help me switch to an internet-only plan? I’d prefer to handle this through private messaging rather than a phone call. Thank you!
