Request to remove the Comcast Utility Pole when no longer a customer and can’t sign in

Would like to request a removal of the Comcast utility pole from my property. I am no longer a customer and can’t sign in

Hello, @user_prk73 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, since you're not able to get help with no longer being a customer. I can check to see if there is a ticket in the area I can open, if not we partner with our local construction and maintenance teams who can be contacted to assist with the pole removal.
