Request to Relocate/Remove Comcast Guy Lines Blocking Property Access
Hi Xfinity Support Team,
I need to have Comcast guy lines removed or relocated from a utility pole in the alley behind my property. These guy lines are currently blocking access to an area where I plan to create off-street parking.
I've already had Xcel Energy assess their guy line, and they've confirmed they can remove theirs. I understand this process involves technical assessment and could take several months to complete.
Could you please:
- Open a ticket with your technical team to evaluate my request
- Let me know if there are any specific photos or measurements I should provide
- Advise on the estimated timeline for this type of work
Based on similar situations in your community forums, I understand this would typically require a site visit from your technical team to determine whether the guy lines can be completely removed or if they need to be relocated to another pole.
