Request to move exterior the cable line

Hello - our cable lines run across our backyard and are very unsightly. We are considering switching providers or moving to satellite simply to get them moved. We would prefer to stay with xfinity but need this corrected. Can you help?

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to create a post. We can help!

I totally understand that the cable lines can be inconvenient and unsightly. We'd hate to lose you as a customer of ours, we really hope you'll reconsider staying with us. There are some options we can explore. Do you happen to have a photo of the cables you'd like moved, just for reference? It's okay if not, no worries.

That is extremely helpful, I appreciate it! Do you know if some of those are lines from other companies as well? It looks like they might be.

The highest of the 3 is the power line. The other two are both Comcast/xfinity. One may have been specific to our lan phone line which we no longer have.
