request to have a up-right outside cable box changed to a flat underground box

Question

I would like to have an up-right cable box that is on the corner of my driveway changed to an underground box if possible, how would I go about getting this requested? the box has been hit in the past by an amazon driver, the box cover doesn't really close all the way anymore and should probably be replaced anyway.
