Request to convert pedestal boxes to underground vault
I’m requesting that the ground pedestal boxes located in our front yard be converted to an underground vault. They’re a tripping hazard for my kids. I'm also having difficulty working around the landscaping between the property lines. Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
