Request to Cancel Xfinity Internet Service

Hello,

I would like assistance with permanently canceling my Xfinity Internet service, effective as soon as possible.

I switched to another Internet service provider about a month ago, so I no longer need Xfinity Internet and would like to cancel it entirely.

I prefer to complete this process online through Xfinity Support rather than schedule a phone call.

Could an official Xfinity representative please assist me with processing this cancellation through Direct Messaging?

Click "Sign in" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

Click the "Start new conversion" (Pencil and paper) icon.

In the "To:" Line, type "Xfinity Support".

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
