Request to bury cable line

Hello, I'm looking for some local support in Boca Raton, FL in regards to an overhead Xfinity cable on my property. The line currently stretches from the main pole to my house but may be in the way of some upcoming construction. I'd like to speak with someone who can evaluate the line to see if it can be buried. Please let me know how I can start this conversation with someone in my city. Thank you.

Hello! Appreciate the post. That is a huge help! Has our local team established a ticket for this yet? Greatly appreciate your time and patience.

No worries! Thank you for the information. Let's get that ticket put into the system for you. Below I also included a great FAQ for the underground wiring process. It gives a good expected timeline and lots of other great information. For us to set up the ticket we would just need a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

No, there are no open tickets. This is my first attempt for assistance. Let me know if you require any additional information.
