Request to activate dead coax outlet for modem move

Hi,

My internet is working normally at its current location. I have an existing coax outlet in another room that has never been activated. I would like to schedule a technician visit to activate that outlet so I can relocate my modem there.

The coax in that room is terminated and comes out of a pass through plate, but it has no signal.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
