Request tech appointment

I would like to schedule a tech appointment to exchange a defective modem. I was told this by an online service tech and later cancelled an appointment because I was led to believe the problem had been fixed. It’s a loooong story but now I can’t get back to the “schedule a tech appointment” prompts online without going through the troubleshooting again - which I have actually done 3x.

I just want to get a new modem and see if that fixes the problem. Thanks.

I don't know if you can do this or not but if you are adventurous you could always get the new modem now, and have it on your account, and activate it and see if your problem is fixed. If it is return the modem you had and i'm sure Comcast will have its way with it to make it new for another customer if its still something serviceable.

Thanks. I don’t want to have to pay for another modem though.

Good afternoon user_ouyqu7. I can certainly understand where that would be frustrating. I would be more than happy to assist you with scheduling a technician. You do also have the option if you would like of swapping the modem at a local store as well. I definitely appreciate you going through the troubleshooting. If you would like to schedule a technician visit, I will need some additional information.
