Request Replacement Cable Box

Hello,

     My cable box is failing. I have to unplug the power and plug it back in multiple times a day. Could you please send me a replacement?

Hey there, @user_b388a4! Oh man, I am sorry about the cable box and the frustrations that must bring. The fastest way to getting a new box would be visiting the nearest Xfintiy Store to you. We do recommend bringing your current box, and our awesome team members will be able to get everything swapped out the boxes. You can go here to schedule an appointment to the nearest Xfinity store here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q=55418. We can also look into shipping equipment, or scheduling a technician.
