Hey there, @user_b388a4! Oh man, I am sorry about the cable box and the frustrations that must bring. The fastest way to getting a new box would be visiting the nearest Xfintiy Store to you. We do recommend bringing your current box, and our awesome team members will be able to get everything swapped out the boxes.
