Request for Xfinity Account Ownership Transfer

Hello Xfinity Support,

I would like to transfer the ownership of my Xfinity account from the current account holder to myself. Could you please guide me through the process and let me know what forms or documents are required to complete the transfer?

Both the current and new account holders are available for verification.

Hi there @user_8b1ohu. To transfer ownership of an Xfinity account, the current account holder and the individual wishing to assume ownership of the account can visit a local Xfinity store, each with a valid photo ID, and complete a transfer of ownership form.

I apologize that you feel like your question was not addressed @user_8b1ohu If the account holder wishes to transfer account ownership to another individual, the fastest way to transfer ownership of the account would be to visit an Xfinity retail store with the future account holder with a valid photo ID, and fill out and sign the change of ownership form together, if you have any supporting documentation such as a lease, I would recommend you bring that supporting documentation as well.
