Request for Visa Gift Card Reissue

Hello,

I’m reaching out regarding a Visa gift card I received from Xfinity, which has unfortunately expired. We received the card shortly after moving into a new home, and amidst the chaos, I didn’t notice that it was set to expire in just six months. Most gift cards I’ve received in the past are valid for 4-5 years, so I mistakenly assumed I had plenty of time to use it.

I understand this oversight was on my part, but I do find it surprising that the expiration period was so short, especially considering many new customers, like myself, are likely dealing with the stresses of moving.

I would greatly appreciate it if there is any way the card could be reissued. Thank you so much for your consideration and for helping to make this right.
