Request for Underground Internet Service Installation – New Construction

Hello,

I am currently a customer and have Xfinity internet services on another address, the idea will be to move my service to this new address and I need to request information regarding Xfinity Internet service for a newly constructed home.

The property is located at:

The neighborhood has underground utilities, and I would like to understand the process and requirements for installing the underground service connection from the Xfinity network to my home.


Could you please advise on the following?


 ● Whether the address is currently serviceable.
 ● Whether an underground construction request is required.
 ● Any conduit specifications or site requirements that my builder should provide.
 ● Whether a site survey is needed.
 ● Any documentation required before scheduling service.
 ● The expected timeline for construction and installation.


The home is expected to be ready for service on or around August 2026.
