Request for Relocation of Exterior Cable Crossing Property Line

I am writing to request assistance with a physical cable line that is currently crossing over my private property.

I am a resident of San Francisco, and I am currently in the process of renovating my backyard. During the planning phase, I discovered that an existing Xfinity cable line is routed across my backyard to a neighboring property.

As part of my home renovation project, this line must be either removed or relocated, as it interferes with the planned structural modifications to my backyard. Since this is an exterior infrastructure issue, I am seeking guidance on the formal process to have this line professionally adjusted by your construction or engineering department.
