Request for Reissuing Expired Unused Promotional Prepaid Card
Hi,
My Xfinity promotional prepaid Visa card expired, and I never used it. The full balance should stillbe unused. Could you please submit a request to the Value Fulfillment/Incentive Tracker team tohave the card reissued? I noticed that There are recent cases from 2026 where official Xfinity staff submitted tickets to re-issue expired, unused promotional prepaid cards for customers. Thanks a lot.

@user_xwv2sk We can reissue unused promotional prepaid cards but once the funds have expired we do not have the option to reissue the prepaid card. Check out our FAQs about prepaid card offers for the confirmation that once they are expired they are no longer available. Funds/cards expire 6 months after they are issued to the customer.
