Request for Reinstatement and Removal of Charges-ACP Program
Dear Xfinity Comcast Customer Service,
I hope this email finds you well since no one will speak to me about my issues over the phone or via chat. I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent removal from the ACP Program due to an issue with a signature, which I was never properly informed about. I believe this situation has been a misunderstanding and I would like to request your assistance in resolving it.
I genuinely value the services provided by Xfinity Comcast and have always been prompt with my payments. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself in a position where I needed assistance through the ACP Program. If I were financially able to clear the overdue bill, I would have done so without hesitation and not needed to use the program in the first place to do so.
I kindly request a review of my case and a reconsideration for reinstatement with the ACP Program and services provided by Xfinity. Additionally, I would appreciate it if the charges associated with this incident could be removed from my account, allowing me to start fresh with the services.
I am committed to maintaining a positive and timely payment history moving forward. I am confident that with your support, we can resolve this matter to everyone's satisfaction.

@user_u6xucc Thank you so much for the post regarding ACP. That does sound super frustrating for the application to be rejected for a signature. Have you been able to resolve this discrepancy with the FCC, so that the application has the correct information and signatures? That may be the best place to begin, so that way the ACP benefit is fully vetted. We do always apply the discount from the day it's approved, so there may be backdated credits if they go from the original date and application.

Once that's done we can get you all set up to receive that benefit via Xfinity. Our ACP site is very intuitive and easy to use.
