Request for Permanent Disconnection – Demolition of Property

I am the owner of the property. I plan to demolish the existing house and therefore need to request a permanent disconnection of the Xfinity / Comcast cable service at this address.

Could you please process this request and provide the next steps or a work order number? I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
