Request for New Tap Installation

Hi, I would like to request a new tap and line installation for my home.

We currently don't have a coax connection to our home, so I spoke with Xfinity support over the phone in May and had a site survey done. Our ticket was closed and we were told our house was "too far from the node" to be serviceable, however since then I've found that our house is about 240 feet from the nearest Xfinity owned line. I believe a new tap would need to be installed, and would be within the 300' limit I've seen elsewhere.

Can you help me determine the process and cost involved to install a new line to our home?
