Request for Loyalty Pricing Review
Dear Xfinity Customer Retention Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer and Gold Member for almost 5 years, and during that time, I’ve genuinely appreciated the reliability of your internet service and the overall experience I’ve had with your company. Because of that, my preference is to remain with Xfinity rather than switch providers.
However, like many households right now, I’m having to reevaluate monthly expenses due to the rising cost of living. Recently, Brightspeed presented me with a significantly lower monthly internet offer that would reduce my household expenses considerably.
Before making any decisions, I wanted to reach out directly because I would strongly prefer to stay with Xfinity if there is any way to make my current plan more affordable. I value dependable internet service, and staying with a provider I already trust would be ideal. I’m respectfully asking if there are any loyalty promotions, retention offers, plan adjustments, or pricing options available that could lower my monthly bill and help keep me as a customer long term. I have consistently paid for service and would truly appreciate any effort to work with me before I’m forced to consider switching providers solely for financial reasons.
