Request for Internet Options due to Price Increase (Area of Hurricane Helene)
Good afternoon, I do not know if there is a Xfinity price increase in all locations however, there is definitely one in locations in Georgia impacted by Hurricane Helene. This is tough as we are all struggling with recovery in many ways including financially. Understandably the Xfinity service was down weeks and has been spotty since it came back online. A new cable was installed and it has not even been buried yet! I would like information on plans to decrease my Internet bill. Thank you.
