Request for Executive Customer Relations Review – Multiple Service Issues

Request for Executive Customer Relations Review – Multiple Service Issue

I am requesting assistance from Xfinity's Executive Customer Relations team regarding a series of unresolved customer-service issues involving my television, internet, and Xfinity Mobile accounts since April 2026.

These issues include incorrect information regarding television packages, extensive streaming activation difficulties, inconsistent information from representatives, and a particularly frustrating experience replacing my lost Samsung Galaxy S24 FE.

During that replacement process, I received dramatically conflicting device pricing and financing information from Xfinity representatives. I ultimately purchased a Galaxy A17 out of pocket, which has proven to be a significant downgrade in performance and responsiveness.

I have prepared a detailed written complaint documenting these experiences and requesting a comprehensive account review and meaningful resolution.

I previously posted a request for assistance in the Getting Started section but have not received a response.

Could an Xfinity representative please assist me with escalating this matter to Executive Customer Relations and provide instructions for submitting my complete complaint privately?

Thank you.
