Request for bill review and retention discount
Hello Xfinity Support Team,
my monthly internet bill increased from $20 to $62 in 4 years. I have reviewed the plan-change options on your website but none of them meet my needs. I am not interested in streaming subscriptions or a faster line; I only want a lower monthly price. Could you please review my account and let me know if there are any retention discounts, loyalty offers, or other promotions that would reduce my monthly charge?

We have access to the same promotions located on your account, but are happy to help review them. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
