Request for assistance with potential delays in buried drop work order
Hello,
I am looking for assistance from an Official Xfinity Employee to check the backend notes on an underground line burial request.
My field technician created a buried drop work order on August 4th,I was not able to get a temp cable due to the potential of landscapers damaging it and my WiFi strength is just a little above failing. My Xfinity App dashboard has been telling me since August 6th that utilities would be marked within 3 days, but the legal deadline for the utility locators has passed and there are still no physical flags or paint lines on my property.
Could an agent please look into my account's construction database to verify if an active 811 locate ticket was actually transmitted to the Pennsylvania One Call system? If a ticket exists, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with the 811 Ticket/Serial Number so I can track the utility clearance myself.
Thank you!

@user_2sqjngThank you for reaching out and providing those details. I can appreciate why you'd want to verify the status of the line burial request, especially with the utility marking timeframe having passed and your service being impacted in the meantime.
We'd be happy to take a closer look at the account and review any available notes related to the buried drop work order, including the status of any locate requests that may have been submitted. While access to 811 ticket information can vary, we'll review what's available and provide any details we're able to see.
