Request for Account Cancellation Confirmation
Dear Xfinity Support,
I have been using Xfinity services for the past 1 year and 3 months. However, I am currently on vacation for a few months and have already moved out of my residence. Therefore, I would like to request the cancellation of my account.
About a month ago, I spoke with one of your agents regarding this issue, and they had assured me that the cancellation process would be completed. However, I have not yet received any confirmation email stating that my account has been successfully closed.
Additionally, since I am currently out of the country, I am unable to use my phone number as I have not enabled roaming services. As a result, I am unable to contact customer support directly at the moment.
Please proceed to cancel my account as soon as possible. I had already informed your agent earlier, and there should be an existing ticket regarding this matter to ensure that no early termination fees are charged.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
