I’ve been without internet service 4 days during Hurricane Beryl. I can’t seem to find where on the xfinity website to request credits for the days I haven’t had access.
The concern is not "Community Center" help related.................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

We want you to know that we're now offering a simplified one-time service interruption credit experience for qualified customers who report their service issues through the Xfinity Status Center in My Account.
You can visit https://www.xfinity.com/support/status and click the link that says, “check eligibility” at the bottom of the page. A form will launch and determine your eligibility for credit. You can provide details about your experience and review your answers before submitting them. If your scenario meets the criteria, a credit is automatically applied and viewable in My Account. If not, you'll see a message that lets you know you're not eligible.
