Request credit for unplanned outages

How do I credited for xfinity internet and tv outage on 1/25/21 and today 1/27/21? Had to use my Xfinity mobile for a personal hotspot until service was restored. Now I'm also getting alerts that I am approaching my data limit on Xfinity mobile? Triple whammy. TV, Internet, and mobile.
