Request a "Letter to Serve" for new construction (NEW 11 unit building @ 9-11 Mechanic Street, Dover, NH)

Hello Xfinity Team,  I am hoping to connect with the Engineering / New Construction Division of Xfinity Comcast to request a "Letter to Serve" for new construction of 11 Units located at [Edit: Personal Information].  I am the owner and developer, and as part of our permitting process with the City, we must relocate underground, the existing overhead utilities between two (2) utility poles along the front of our new proposed building.   Eversource (the power utility) has issued its "Letter to Serve" (approving the relocation of their electrical service underground upon inspection).   I am hoping to connect with the correct Team at Xfinity who can assist me with the the process to provide me with a similar Letter to Service (verifying that their lines may also be relocated underground in the same manner as the electricity utility provider).
