Reprovision my modem

Hi internet not working.  Yesterday a tech came about after a storm and had to reprovision my modem, everything was working fine after that, from 7 pm yesterday till 1130 am today.   He said if you have another problem tell the phone rep to reprovision it again.  Not sure the people I’ve been dealing with are capable of doing that.  Can I reprovision my modem myself?
