Representative Service Complaint
I wanted to complain about your representative, “Carla” Who I Had the unpleasant misfortune of having to deal with. I called about asking why my bill was higher than normal and why each Bill was different for the past couple months and she couldn’t explain it. You can listen to the phone call she gave me some stupid line About doing something magical for me because I’m a diamond member and lowering my bill by $10 And I said what’s magical and she said Enroll in auto pay. I was already enrolled in auto pay it even says it on my Bill so I responded with that’s nothing magical. I’m already enrolled. I have auto pay you’re not doing anything for me you lied. She also then said I could do something better and give you free service for a year and I asked how is that possible and she said you can open up a mobile line and get free service. I wasn’t calling about my phone line . I just wanted my bill fixed to the original promotion that I signed up for which kept changing. The conversation got heated and I asked to speak to a representative because I didn’t like talking to her and she kept arguing with me and said she couldn’t let me speak to anyone else and why I wasn’t listening to what she said. It got very heated and I finally hung up. You can listen to the call it happened about 5:45 pm on October 5, 2026. She’s a horrible representative and kept arguing with me and arguing with me when I was just asking to please talk to someone else to explain my situation. I ended up hanging up and got another representative who was amazing ( I’m not sure what her name was)and fixed my issue in a couple of minutes. Carla is a horrible employee and I would never want her talking to any customer ever as she’s the most argumentative person I ever had to deal with at Xfinity. I still can’t believe she kept arguing with me and not letting me speak to anybody else. I’ve never experienced anything like it
