Reports keep getting closed without issue getting fixed
The comm cable service that connects to ny house is creating a trip hazard. Ive reported this incident MULTIPLE times on line just to have my issue closed as "No further action required". I also attempted to schedule an appointment just to be pushed for multiple days and canceled. Cable is still loose placed on top of my fence and to avoid people from tripping. I dont know what to do. If this issue is not fixed someone might trip which will definitely cause an injury. Please address this issue. PG&E has even mentioned that they'll cut the cable if my neighbors keep placing complaints.
