Reporting X formerly Twitter Customer Support

I recently reached out to Xfinity customer support via X and received the most awful customer support experience I have ever received in my life. The person I chatted with was very rude and even more condescending. They treated me like I was beneath them. There is absolutely nowhere I can find to report this interaction on X nor speak with a supervisor. If anyone has any information on how or where I can report my interaction; I would be forever grateful. The interaction was about some Xfinity emails I received and when I asked about these emails and my options. The customer service representative was just either out of their league and didn’t know anything about it. Which I may add; I would have accepted that as a response instead of the condescending responses  I was sent. One great thing about using X customer service; you can take screenshots of every interaction and save them. The downside; it doesn’t tell you exactly who your talking to beyond Xfinity Support.

@InternetNotWork This isn't the experience we want any customer to have at all. I would recommend you use this link https://support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form to submit feedback on your experience. Also, was your issue resolved for the reason you were contacting support? Let me know if you still need assistance, and we can help with that.
