Reporting outages

There have been AT LEAST six sporadic outages on our Corrales NM 87048 over the last week, but the outage report shows all is fine. All is NOT fine.

How can we convince Comcast to provide accessible ways of reporting outages 

I have spent at least three hours over the last two days trying to get help, and we do have a tech coming Sunday am. But this is a SYSTEMIC problem, not just an issue with our service. PLEASE SET UP A DIRECT PHONE LINE for reporting outages.

I'm glad to hear you have a technician coming out this weekend. I'd be happy to take a closer look into the service interruptions to see what kind of service interruptions they are, and then we can go from there. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
