Reporting downed line

A storm has brought down the line that attaches to the front of my house and it's now twisted over my phone line and sitting low over my driveway.  At least, I think that's what's going on.  I'm not currently a customer so I can't verify since I don't have any service to be interrupted.  I tried reporting it through the support system and when I get to the last step to submit my concern it always just gives an error message.  Please advise how I can get this wire dealt with.

To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, service address, contact phone number and email address? 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
