Reporting an offline Xfinity WiFi hotspot

Hello!  So, this question has been asked a few times, and the answer seems to be to send a direct message to Support.  However, direct messaging isn't enabled till after your first post, so this is me making that post.

Basically, the local public hotspot I use at work (our actual local wifi signals are terrible, so I basically live off the hotspot here) has been down for over a week.  I couldn't find another way to report it, and searching sent me here, so I'm hoping I'll be able to get this resolved.

Thank you!

I am happy we were able to dive into the details together, and get a better understanding of the Hotspots in the area @user_NWi19a! Don't forget, you can check any available Hotspots here. Have a wonderful rest of your day, and please don't hesitate to browser our Xfinity Forums for all your service needs.
