REPORTING A CHAT AGENT

I signed up on 09/12/2024, i was told my technician has been scheduled for Saturday Sep 14 between 4Pm and 6pm.
I waited all day long nobody showed up untill 7 pm. when i started chatting with xfinity agents on chat then i was told my account has been disconnected and no technician was never ever appointed . I SAID Are you kidding me?if my technician was appointed for today between 4 and 6pm then where is he? i have been waiting here since this morning. i took off from my work. who will pay me for the loss. how she can say that this account is disconnected account . how she can say that technician was never ever appointed on 9th of september for today between 4 and 6 pm? Then she transferred me over to another agent whose name was syedmehraj. He assured me that he will do something for me and get me technician asap i said ok lets see .after wasting my time he left the chat quitely . Seriously? Then chat got transferred to another agent named as clara,  without even reading my texts she left the conversation and transferred me to another agent who name was  haobijam. she had a different kind of attitude , i was v frustrated, instead of understanding my frustration she was threatening me that she will leave the conversation...
Seriously?????????????????
This is Xfinity?|
Why do not you hire educated people for your company??
Everybody i have been on the chat was unprofessional and seems like they do not know how to work.
Do not xfinity have a staff to train their employee?
Ridiculous customer service i have ever experienced.
