Reporting a cell service outage

I live on the west side of town and my cell service went out. My Internet is fine but it dropped me mid important call. I've missed an important appointment because I could not call, because the Internet calling is not working. I used every method on the website and it's all bots that keep trying to troubleshoot my Internet which is fine but mobile service is down. I know other people are having issues because I was 44th in line to speak to a live agent when all I wanted to do was report the outage. It's been our almost an hour now.
