Reported Safety Issue endless times since February and Xfinity done nothing

I have repeatedly reported online that the utility box lid blew away in a storm (so it wasn't locked down by Xfinity) and there is a deep hole in my lawn with wires and metal framing sticking out of the ground.  The AI Assistant on your website is useless and I can never reach a live person to help me. I have stopped Xfinity trucks in the neighborhood to ask for help and your workers have blown me off. Small children run through my yard on a regular basis and when one falls down due to your open utility box and sues me, I will be suing you. I tried to call 1-800-Xfinity and received a message that "due to technical difficulty, you cannot be transferred to a customer representative". I am beginning to believe you have zero live customer service. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

user_0luz9r, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your Friday to reach out. I can completely understand the importance of getting this safety issue resolved in a timely manner, especially since making repeated reports online. The last thing we want is for someone to get hurt. You've reached the right team. Over social media, we are a group of specialized experts who are dedicated to resolving safety concerns such as this over social media. We can help. Can you tell us if your services are also affected since the lid blew away in the storm?

Services have not been affected. The lid has been missing since February. I have reported the issue at least 15 times.
