Report yard damage

Almost rwo weeks ago a barage of Comcast trucks showed up on my property doing something on the pole for the railroad (CSX). The ground is soft/wet and was left full of tire tracks now filled with rain water. They cut limbs from a walnut tree, also on my property and threw the limbs into the ditch, the thirty inch drains I've paid to keep clear. They even left the scraps of electrical tape lying in the grass. No one contacted me prior to. When I confronted one of the servicemen, he said they'd take care of it,  seed etc. I've heard that stoy before and true to form nothing has been done yet. I'll give this a week. If no response, I will be seeking damages through the WV Attorney General's office. I am an Xfinity customer. If only there was an alternative provider, believe me I'd take it in a heartbeat.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Xfinity, Comcast site is so convoluted. To get in touch with anybody would be a treat. I guess I'll leave that up to WV Attorney General. If you are really a person thank you.
