Report unprofessional technician

Hello, I am Indiana [Edit: Personal Information], I reside at [Edit: Personal Information]. Account # [Edit: Personal Information]. We had a technician at our house today 5/6/26, his name was Travis. He didn’t provide his employee ID. He was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t fix the issue he was here for but yelled at me and called me old and stupid. This is unprofessional behavior. I want to report him.
