report unlocked / askew junction box
The Comcast junction box at the corner of Atherton Way and Dalton Dr, in Colorado Springs CO 80919 is UNLOCKED and the cover is askew. Afraid it will come off and jeopardize my service.

Hello, @user_hcz2ll thank you for taking time out of your day to reach out over Xfinity Forums. I work remotely myself, so completely understand wanting to get the equipment repaired before it would lead to any service issues. It's also helpful to know that it doesn't sound like service is affected currently, as I'd need to look at a different type of work request if that was the case.
I checked our report an issue site, and only see it has downed lines or safety concerns to report for getting a field technician appointment scheduled. If you run across anything listed on this page, you can report them here in the future: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue
You've contacted the right place and I can open a ticket to have the junction box/pedestal repaired, and will need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
