Report outage

I’m reporting an outage in Jefferson County CO.  Your automated systems says there’s no outage and refuses to take an outage report, but my neighbor has also been down all day.

Hello @KeithB7878 Thanks for letting us know. The system won't always see all the service interruptions. But we would be happy to take a look if the service is still down what might be going on locally. Send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

same problem.... stupid xfinity assistant keeps wanting to run the same error check repeatedly and then suggests an appointment I'd have to pay for. Frustrating.  It is clearly an outage but there is no way to report it.  When they occur Xfinity denies there is an outage. Sigh.
